Pauline Carreon

A graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, Pauline made her way into the construction field by accident. Having spent a few years in social work, Pauline felt compelled to change the course of her life and on a leap of faith, she packed up her belongings and moved to the Central Valley and began a new career. Being a woman in a male dominated field, posed its challenges, but Pauline’s “never give up attitude” and motto of “with faith, you can accomplish anything!” afforded her opportunities only God could have played a hand in. Pauline’s career involves experience in Customer Service, Operations, Lean Management, Human Resources, and Sales. She has worn multiple hats for various companies and has also grown a passion for advocating for “the little people” and paying it forward. Her ability to see the world objectively and striving to bring strategy and implement lean processes everywhere she goes has gained her many opportunities to share her corporate knowledge on a multitude of both professional and personal projects, including being the secretary on the Board of Directors for Workplace Lab. On her off time, Pauline is passionate about her dog Jack and hopes the Dodgers will win a world series in her life time.
